What is Rosin?

Rosin is a natural, concentrated blend of terpenes and cannabinoids extracted from the hemp plant using heat and pressure. This process is sometimes called "rosin tech." Instead of going through a chemical process, rosin tech relies on equal and adequate heat applied with pressure to squeeze cannabinoids and terpenes from raw plant or hash-like material for solventless and more effective tinctures, dabbing, salves and more. Rosin processing, though not a cold process, occurs below the volatilization point for most of the terpenes and doesn't reach the temperatures needed for decarboxylation. Therefore the resulting rosin is mostly a concentration of CBDa. The demand for solventless products is not limited to THC.
